Fox Lake is a small neighborhood with 110 homes and approximately 2-1/2 acres of common property, which includes a 1-1/4-acre pond for use by HOA members and their guests only.  To maintain the common property, Fox Lake has an HOA fee that is determined annually by the Board of Directors.
